You are more than enough as you are.
You don't need more experience, more confidence, more readiness, more training, more certifications, more intelligence, more articulation, more attraction, more profundity, more content, more focus or more drive to share your work with the world.
Claiming, owning and being IN who you are, where you are NOW is the leadership you're meant for and the leadership others want and need from you.
And it is the only powerful place of leadership you can ever come from.
If you're always trying to be outside of yourself, trying to be more, 'better', different, you won't feel the power of YOU, your leadership and your contributions and neither will others.
You can continue to deepen, refine and expand your unique flavour of leadership. Growth is always an option, but don't make that mean you aren't yet enough, right now, right here, with all you've got inside you.
Don't let that keep you outside of yourself, your power, your responsibility and your choice.

Contributing your soul work in the world AND making money in the process
... how do you feel about that?
Do you feel comfortable with it? If not entirely, listen in ♥

I was invited to join an online 'toastmasters' for coaches and said yes because I can get so nervous in speeches and want to become more comfortable doing them.
I said yes, but really didn't feel up for it. I had been feeling slumpy, uninspired and mildly depressed for a couple of weeks.
I didn't really feel up for it but the great thing about committing to someone else is that I just have to get over myself and show up.
As I sat with what I wanted to talk about it felt too hard to even think of what that would be given how bleaurgh I was feeling.
So I didn't try. I stopped all attempts at pushing and hustling, gave myself permission to feel as I was feeling and tuned into what I needed.
That's when I remembered a tool that's helped me so profoundly in the past. A tool that I'd temporarily forgotten about (right at the time I most needed it).
This tool is key to helping me through cycles of burnout and depression and it helped me through this one so...
As an empathic human, dedicated to shared power, justice, freedom and an honouring of all life, it can feel really uncomfortable to call yourself a leader.
It can feel really uncomfortable even if a part of you secretly wishes you didn't have an issue with it and could really shine in your influence, creativity, possibility and power (because that's what the spark inside wants for you).
The discomfort does make sense. Its valid and shows you how much you want to create real change and not contribute to repeating the same old dysfunctional systems and patterns.
It's valid... AND... it's an invitation to rewrite your definitions of leadership.
So I ask you now-
Journal on it.
Now look over your definition and pull out the parts that you never want to be like.
'Leaders can be ...
arrogant, with delusions of grandeur, with a superiority complex, control freaks, egotistical, dishonest, corrupted by power, fake,...
